Computer Repair & Networking
This program prepares students for computer repair and Networking. Learn comprehensive theories and hands-on A+ Certification training. Class training consisting of hands-on operation of computer hardware, Windows Operating System including operating system installation and trouble shooting, real-time multimedia propagation based on Windows media and video production configurations of hardware. Includes hardware installation, building new system, upgrading existing system, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting and real-time media propagation with clients’ online technical support system.
Hands-on class training will emphasize the Microsoft Windows based network essential hardware and operating systems. Class will cover skills for server based network components such as DHCP, Active Directory & DNS, FTP, WEB and building wired and wireless network systems, multimedia propagation on a secured network, upgrading existing system, repairing, configuring, trouble shooting and real-time media propagation with clients’ on-line remote support system. Includes introduction to MAC OS X Server integration with Windows System, introduction to CISCO basic networking equipment and basic training on CISCO network management. Students build simple network system on Windows network management. Learn to build a simple network system using Windows 2003 Server/Windows 2008 Standard Edition Server.
Training covers preparation for CompTIA A+ Essentials, students will prepare for 701 & 702 Exam.

Major Appliance Service and Repair
Learn basic skills on how to repair major appliances and work on new products. Class covers theory and practical training for job entry including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, microwave ovens, and stoves. Learn to read wiring diagrams and sequence charts for appliance electrical diagnoses. Prepare for the E.P.A. (Environmental Protection Agency) Type 1 certification test, to work with refrigeration systems of 5 lbs. or less. Learn entrepreneurship skills. Class also designed for novice technicians.
