Manicurist
Total hours: 400 hours
The Manicurist program includes instruction in theoretical and practical studies of manicuring to prepare students for the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology licensure exam. Program focuses on taking care of manicures and pedicures. Upon successfully mastering the basics, student will gain experience in a simulated salon performing nail services. This course consists of 400 clock hours in which students will learn manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, gel, nail art and the latest trends like polygel and builder gel.
Cost: Tuition $840, kits (Jazz Z Beauty kit) $225, uniform (one uniform) $55, books $380, insurance $18 and ID badge $5.
