Theory and clinical program prepares graduate for licensing exam. Includes: medical-surgical nursing, pharmacology, nutrition, gerontology, developmental disabilities, psychiatric nursing.

Prerequisites: 

• Age 18, proof of 12th grade High School Diploma or High School Equivalent. 
• Must provide proof of current CASAS assessment. 
• Must pass CASAS assessment with required scores. 
• Successfully complete Transitions to Nursing module - Attendance at information session. 

Cost: Total Tuition: Fundamentals $1,000, PT 1 $1,250, PT 2 $1,250.

CA State Licensing Requirement: Social Security Number or Tax Payer ID Number. 

 

BLS is required for: Vocational Nursing (LVN) and Psychiatric Technician PRIOR to registration.

American Heart Association (AHA) for healthcare providers with AED. (BLS). (BLS) is required PRIOR to registration and must be valid for the duration of the program.
